Bridges

There are three movable bridges in Stockholm: Danviksbron bridge, Skansbron bridge, and Liljeholmsbron bridge.

During blocking hours the bridges are not opened

  • Blocking hours Liljeholmsbron bridge och Skansbron bridge:
    Weekdays 06.30-09.15 and 15.30-18.30.
     
  • Blocking hours Danviksbron bridge:
    Weekdays 06.30-09.15 and 15.30-18.30.

Times below indicate when the bridges are opened - if needed.

Daytime May 1-October 27: 06.30-23.30

  • Commercial traffic: The bridges are opened when needed.
  • Pleasure boats: The bridges are opened about once an hour.

Bridge opening must be requested, phone +46 8 670 28 10, at least five hours prior to passage, and must be confirmed one hour prior to passage.

Pleasure boats

  • The Liljeholmsbron bridge and the Danviksbron bridge will open 04.00 and 05.00.
  • The Skansbron bridge will open 04.30.
